Bead Blasting involves removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at various regulated pressures. Unlike some harsher Shot Blasting methods, this is done without damaging the surface, thus making it suitable for soft metals and plastics and ideal for polishing stainless steel.
Also known as glass bead peening, Bead Blasting offers a number of benefits:
Our Bead Blasting room can accommodate items up to 6m x 3m x 3m. Larger projects up to the size of our Shot Blasting bay can also be handled by arrangement.
Smooth matt, semi sheen and silky ultra-smooth sheen finishes can be created.
If required, we also offer a collection and delivery service.
Take a look at our Gallery page for examples of our Bead Blasting work.
