Burn Off Services

A burn off oven is used to remove stubborn coatings of grease, paint, grime and previous Powder Coating from metal components. It works by heating slowly to between 500 and 550 degrees celsius and then cooling down equally slowly to avoid warping or stressing the metal.

Once burning is complete, the metal is left with an ash residue which can then easily be blasted off.

Facilities

Our burn off oven is 3m x 2m x 2m.

If required, we also offer a collection and delivery service.
